International Product Patent regulations (TRIPS-2005) brings many structural changes in the Indian pharmaceutical sector, which has the capacity to fulfill most of its domestic demand within the country.But due to the new international product patent regulations the generic manufacturers who are the main driving force of the industry affected largely.
