Cancer is a group of diseases influenced by substantial involvement of both genetic as well as epigenetic factors. It includes sequential steps starting from initiation, proliferation, promotion, progression and metastasis. Apart from compromising quality of life due to different organs malfunctioning, cancer also result´s in increase patients death. Tumor cells after attaining a small growth of around 2mm do require a vascular supply to adequately address its nutritional need and proliferation. These molecules do regulate several cellular pathways involving, cell structural reorganization, cellular motility, evasion from host immunity, cross talks with the neighboring environment. This study was designed to explore germline mutations of these molecules(tumor and metastasis suppressor genes)in breast cancer patients.
