Rhonda completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Montreal, Canada. She has over twenty-five years teaching experience and is the mother of four young adult sons. Her research interests are in the areas of self-employment, entrepreneurship, education and development. She is currently director of the Quebec Association of Adult Learning.
