In Ethiopia the objective of national TVET strategy is to create a competent, motivated, adaptable and innovative work force for the contribution of poverty reduction. In order to alleviate poverty and achieve sustainable development, Technical Vocational Education and Training Institutions must equip physical facilities and training material resources. This is because the resources are paramount importance to alleviate poverty. To this end, the need of these resource are inevitable in Technical Vocational Education and Training Institutions. This book explains the current physical facilities and training material resource utilization in government Technical Vocational Education and Training Institutions. Resources are scarce in nature, this scarce resources are utilized to the best of our capacity.

Alemseged Getachew Woldie has got his Bsc Degree in Electrical Electronics from Adama University (Ethiopia) in 2002, and MA Degree in Management of Vocational Education from Addis Ababa University in 2008. Currently, he is a Lecturer in General Wingate TVET College. His research interests are in Vocational Management.
