School Leadership here represents the commitment shown by school leaders in understanding the urgency of the epidemic and placing interventions and strategies related to HIV/AIDS that can lead to behavioural change and positive health situation. The theoretical construct of school leadership encompasses range of interventions which could be implemented at school leadership level and was shown to interact with schools in responding to limit the impact of HIV/AIDS in education.
