Emotional intelligence has become tremendously wide spread and well known since it improves leadership quality in manager´s performance. In result it will increase productivity and competitiveness of organizations. This book will look at the manager´s emotional intelligence quality on one of the important aspects of management which is delegating tasks and authorities to subordinates.
