The purpose of this brief work is to give explanative and prescriptive frameworks for committed individuals as well as concerned bodies in environmental issues in line with human security point of view. The work explains multifaceted tasks by triangulating a number of case studies accompanied by a host of specific examples to articulate the nexus between the variables. The attraction of a security frame for environmental problems is somewhat understandable, but a number of scholars have questioned the usefulness of such an unlimited definition both concepts, what is called conceptual stretching. Environmental change is a security issue because if we don´t deal with it, people will die and states will be fragile. Thus normatively this work may serve as a hallmark and blueprint to understand all the actual and potential interfaces between the variables and to come up with some prescriptive forwards. Environmental change poses many new threats to human security, especially socio-economic security through erratic rainfall patterns, decreasing crop yields, Lessing overall all productivity, exacerbating poverty, hampering access to social services and increasing vector-born disease.
