Many people in the community still have negative attitude towards Person´´s with disabilities and their families and therefore many disabled person´´s are marginalized due to dogmatic beliefs imposed on them. community workers have raised awareness on the fundamental rights for Person´´s with disabilities on how to live independent life, on their potentials, talents,causes,prevention and management of disability.They have trained and educated guided caregivers and disabled person´´s in their families in self help skills and activities of daily living. Further more they have carried on research, lobbied and advocated for the rights of Person with disabilities,counseled and guided communities members in all sectors of life. In conclusion, Community Practice as the component of community Based Rehabilitation works better in improving the lives of Person with disabilities in any community regardless color,age,origin,race,sex, and age,culture and tribe and it is applicable to any nation
