This book is intended to encourage and enhance the adoption of Performance Management concepts by NGOs and other organizations in general in Kenya, in order to optimize in their performance. The book has critically examined the challenges and successes in the implementation of performance management in that sector and made wide analysis and recommendations which NGO´s and also other organizations should adopt for quality implementation of Performance Management.

Peter holds a BA Degree, LLB degree and an MBA degree besides other diplomas, certificates and honorary awards. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of a Regional NGO based in Nairobi and is also a prominent Real Estate developer. He lectures in various colleges on Performance Management. He is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
