Early Childhood Education is a prerequisite for growth and Development of young children, it encompasses holistic growth and development of children. Early Childhood Education influences behavior in the cognitive domain. Pre-school education is a concern in developed and developing countries.The care of children is the responsibility of families,private entrepreneurs,non-governmental organizations, religious bodies and governments who should play a greater role in provision of these services.Pre-primary school interventions are essential to allow for the development of full adult capacity.
