Higher order Learning (HOL), Fourth domain, Upasana (meditative intuition), Concentration and commitment (CC), Niddhidhyasana (un-interrupted thought), Trans- personal Learning (TPL). Learning is two types lower ordered (LOL) and higher ordered (HOL). For LOL many techniques are found,but for LOH.Trans-personal Learning is defined as that learning which occurs at higher mental levels. In esoteric psychologies it has been prevalent. Technique for the TPLis Upasna (intuitive meditation). The mind of the learner fuses with the object under study and there by the learner learns the inner nature of the object. The under laying mental process is niddhidhyasana (un-interrupted thought) of the object. All the six senses of thelearner are absorbed by the object. Concentration and commitment are the two psychological constructsfound in Upasana. Features of TPL: The learner learns the content with high degree of quality with minimum or nil previous knowledge of the subject. Behind all scientific endeavours there shall be upasana and there by TPL. Success stories: There are innumerable success stories around us.
