Due to societal changes, the remaining potential caregivers participate increased in the labour market, which makes eldercare to a workplace relevant issue. This work explores the implications of combining work and caregiving responsibilities from both the caregiver s and the employer s perspective. It presents the benefits that caregivers search for and describes the relevance and the potential that eldercare workplace support has.
