Social marketing is used to target social issues in societies by influencing the behavior of the target audience for the good. This paper presents the campaign "Wake Up to the Signs of Driver Fatigue" and shows how it has effectively addressed the issue of driver fatigue on the roads of Queensland, Australia.
Lisa Pecnik was born in Vienna,Austria and grew up in a multi-cultural atmosphere, attending international schools and universities. During her studies she concentrated on international business consultancy spezialising in marketing & sales. Soon she found her passion for traveling which confronted her with various different types of communication.
