Clare wakes up on the Sunday morning and quickly remembers that today she is to enter the convent. Can the messages it is giving up really be from Christine´s husband and who can she turn to when you cannot talk to your best friend or your husband. On a coach trip to Paris one after the other the travellers have money missing and one passenger thinks she knows who the thieves are. A soldier was due to come home to spend Christmas with his wife and two little daughters until a vehicle comes off the road in a far away mountainous terrain. These are just some of the characters in these stories where not all loose ends can be tied up neatly and the outcomes are seldom what you expect.
