Stephen Hjellum is a film student and novelist hailing out of Northern California.Incognito is his second foray into the writing world, with one book published, The City, which was published in February 2012. He is currently a student at the Art Institute of California - Sacramento pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Video Production.
