Professor Jay Lee is the WCEAM 2011´s Congress Chair. He is Ohio Eminent Scholar and L.W. Scott Alter Chair Professor and Director of the NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Intelligent Maintenance System (IMS) at the University of Cincinnati, USA.

Professor Jun Ni is co-Director of the NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Intelligent Maintenance System (IMS) at the University of Michigan, USA.

Professor Jag Sarangapani is co-Director of the NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Intelligent Maintenance System (IMS) at the Missouri University of Science & Technology, USA.

Professor Joseph Mathew was the WCEAM 2010 Congress Chair and is also WCEAM´s General Chair. He is Chief Executive Officer of the CRC for Infrastructure and Engineering Asset Management (CIEAM), Australia.
