Unlike conventional hotels, green establishment actively follow eco-friendly guidelines such as the use of RES and ESS and practice environmental management. Most of them are claiming to be green by just hanging a sign, using a logo or by joining commercial green marketing associations, but in reality they are not. Over the last few decades, concerns over environment have emerged and in this time frame consumer have realized the impact of their buying behaviours, which are strongly associated with environmental problems.

She was born in Brunico on the 09.10.1988. After her language studies, she took a trilingual Bachelor in Sport & event Management at the LUB. This experience has brought her to Australia for an internship in the event area. During this time it came to her mind to write this book. Today she is web marketing responsible in her family hotel.
