"Aspects of International Project Management" bases on the standard project management with its particular characteristics, especially its uniqueness, complexity and novelty and its structure with its phases organization, planning, controlling and closure of a project. To supplement this approach by the international aspect, impacts of an operation in a foreign and unknown venue in the context of a project are considered.
