In time, people will wonder how we did without logging-on. They´ll wonder how in the world we headed off to a brick-and-mortar, day-in and day-out in an effort to acquire that much-desired college education. And when we tell them that we once didn´t even have an option to get a a degree online, their mouths will open slightly in wonderment. As we head towards that inevitability, we as educators, will slowly take it upon ourselves to work with evolution and develop best methods of teaching our disciplines online. This is where this journey began. A journey towards uncovering how to teach leadership at a graduate level online. A way to guide educators through the pitfalls and issues that they will likely encounter when trying to teach this subject online. By researching what others´ had said and surveying other educators in the field of leadership, best practices were determined in the quest to determine how to teach leadership at a graduate level online.
