This edited volume is an empirical report on the levels of neuroticism, certain negative emotional states such as anxiety, worry, apprehension and volatile sensitivity to stimuli that can remit in depression, anxiety, fear, guilt and ideas of self reference and destruction in a sample of young and middle aged adults. This book provides insights on correlates of neuroticism and differential impact of a set of interventional strategies viz., Relaxation, Meditation and CBT in young and middle aged adulthood.

Author obtained Doctoral degree from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India in 2011. She published 6 articles in National and International peer reviewed journals. Attended 3 international and 21 National Conferences, Seminars. She has undergone training in Family therapy and CBT. currently she is a P.D.F.of ICSSR, New Delhi.
