"Ghosts and Muses" includes ghost stories, love stories, urban fantasy, fairy tales, folklore, mirror and memory, myths and dreams. The author often looked back on her childhood and youth in Taiwan to create the characters in her stories, giving readers a glimpse into a different, enchanting world.

I have always loved language and English. Words give me clarity, purpose, shape and reason. As an immigrant author, I revel in reading and writing spare, crisp stories that depict the human condition in all its beauty and irony, and doing so in proper English.
