Dr. Michael J. Gonzalez is Professor at the Nutrition Program, School of Public Health in the Medical Sciences Campus, University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Gonzalez is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition, and has authored over 150 scientific publications.
