This book render assistance to women and men in leadership positions. Irena Stotz was born in 1986 and has a degree in business administration as well a master in business administration, she passed both studies in part-time. She is lecturer for business administration and general manager of a female led industrial enterprise, which was the reason for research the female leadership.
