Dr Muhammad Majibar Rahman PhD LLM in Legislative Drafting, LLM LLB (Hons) was born in 1957 in Bangladesh, worked as Judge, drafting legislation since 1989, working in Gibraltar as Legislative Draftsman since 1998, currently as Senior Law Draftsman and teaching legislative drafting as an Instructor in the Athabasca University of Canada since 2010.
