What happens when private for-profit entities are tasked with the provision of public services in which quality of service, not profit, is expected to rule the day? Should quality of service be compromised when profits are on the line and shareholders stand to lose the money they have invested in good faith? Is it possible to effectively serve these seemingly conflicting interests? Perhaps. Dr. Sibert currently serves as the Africa Business Development Director at the Graduate Management Admission Council© Prior to assuming this role he served as Director of Strategic Alliances in which he provided strategic direction to the Council in its relationships with organizations and various stakeholder groups in the U.S. and abroad.
