The book is most useful to the researchers in Library and Information Science who are carrying out research work on university libraries. This book is also useful for students, teachers, working librarians, information scientists, and information professionals in general. The entire information in this book is organized into five chapters. The first chapter deals with introduction, statement of the problem, objectives, hypotheses and the methodology of the study. The second chapter reviews the related literature available on the topic of research. The third chapter provides profiles of selected university libraries. The fourth chapter discusses the analysis and interpretation of data collected from the postgraduate students of Andhra University, Sri Venkateswara University and Osmania University. The fifth chapter presents not only the findings of the study, but also makes constructive suggestions and useful recommendations for further research.

He did his M.L.I.Sc. through regular mode in S.V.University, Tirupati and awarded Ph.D in LIS entitled Use of Library Resources and Services by the University Students in Andhra Pradesh: A Study.
