Across America, churches are in need of spiritual nurture and pastoral adjustments that bring them in line with biblical and scriptural mandates. The church must be willing to change or risk being labeled irrelevant by a world it was designed to impact for Christ. A prime time to assist churches in making long lasting biblical changes regarding its primary mission is during transition periods. The most noted transition period is between pastors. This book lays out an effective strategy for strengthening churches. It provides a step-by-step process of practical instruction.
