This book is concerned with the effect of three human respiratory viral infections (Influenza vieus, Parainfluenza virus and Adeno virus) on immune gene expression. It provides protocols for DNA and RNA extraction, PCR technique, Real Time Reverse Transcriptase PCR, and RT-PCR Array.
