The present study not only provides an opportunity for introspection but also a chance to explore or innovate a plan of action for insurance industry especially for SBI Life Insurance Company. It is a genuine effort to search protective measures in order to protect insurance market getting distorted in the present competitive and complex scenario. At the same time it also insures to develop an ideal policy capsule with standard framework which can be used as a guideline to promote a healthy growth and future prospects of the insurance industry. Rather than providing a flat narration the study offers a comprehensive assessment of what is likely to happen in near future in addition to productive suggestions for insurance sector since its potentials are quite apparent. The researchers strongly believes that the study is incredible useful both theoretically and practically for every person, existing and potential insurers, academicians, prospective researcher, policy makers and leaders in Insurance Industry in addition present and potential insurance company.

Dr. Harnam Singh is currently working as Asst. Professor at the Kalicharan Post Graduate College, Lucknow. He has authored 3 books, 17 International publications and presented 32 research papers in International & National Conferences. Apart from research and trainings, he is also a Resource Person to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
