The human mind has been explored and exploited in many ways since ages but it has never reached the threshold point as the current times where human potential seems to be a never ending mystery.With all the technological and materialistic developments unfolding rapidly,the hunger for more and more innovations in every walk of life has become more and more insatiable. This brings us to the most pertinent issue facing today´s organizations worldwide,how much more creative can we actually be?Have we reached our maximum potential?What is creativity?Can we somehow develop it,nurture it,evolve it?Are there any do´s and dont´s to nurture creativity?What is the dynamics of various factors like stress and quality of work life with creativity.This research work attempts to find some such answers in the quest of creativity.
