The book, Information Behaviour and Job Performance of Senior Non-Academic Staff provides a basic introduction to, and understanding of the major areas in Information Behaviour. Dr. Ezinwanyi Madukoma holds a Bachelor´s degree in Information Resources Management, a Master´s degree in Library and Information Studies(MLIS) and a Doctoral degree in Information Resources Management from two different Universities, Babcock University and University of Ibadan, both in Nigeria.
