Petra obtained her PhD in private international law from Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. She is currently a banking associate of Allen & Overy Prague, Czech Republic specialising in broad area of banking/finance law, including cross-border transactions. Her recent experience includes advising on acquisition and real estate financing.
