Many education and further education institutions have to prove the use of a systematic quality management in order to fulfil the requirements for the financing of further education measures. The procedures are governed by EU directives on the European Quality Assessment Reference Framework (EQARF). The 4th, completely revised edition offers information on various systems, including software-supported tools for self-assessment in connection with EFQM, CAF and ISO and introduces good practise case studies. The volume includes a test license for the web-based software GOA-Workbench©. The license is valid for 90 days access to the tool for any number of users.
