This booklet allows the reader to get acquainted with the character of Karl Marx, his family, his origins as well as his living environment. It allows the reader to go through the turbulent stages of his life. Karl Marx made easy, so to speak. He is the "greatest native of Trier" according to a (non-representative) survey: Karl Marx, communist theoretician, journalist, doctor of philosophy and author of the "Capital". The revolutionary from Trier who never protested but formulated his demands in newspapers, books, writings and letters, never wanted to convince with weapons, but with words.
