If you love someone so much especially who support you, you will be afraid to forget him, if you get Alzheimer´s disease. It´s hard to fracture down the wall with the heart that seems nature. To you, my love, my husband, my best world in the universe, I dedicate the book to you. I will never forget you. I hope you don´t forget me too, that even we both get Alzheimer´s disease. Here I illustrate the forgotten illness "Alzheimer." How to protect yourself and your family from that attack? It is widely accepted that a healthy lifestyle may decrease developing diseases. Human being is unique because of genes. Diet plays an ongoing role with human genes. Owning lamps do not ensure you will have light in your home unless you turn them on. Here we introduce experimental design and preliminary study of an example that cause brain lesion such as alcohol intake. In another side, I explain how Mother Nature recipes such as Agarwood can be one of the major factors and may have a role in the manipulation of brain injuries that induces by methanol toxic compound. The book is relevant to who specialized in biochemistry, nutrition; lifestyle and neurodegenerative and who try to search for truth.
