Abby Sher is a writer and performer. She has written one young adult novel Kissing Snowflakes (Point, 2007) as well as a memoir of her own struggle with OCD, Amen, Amen, Amen: Memoir of a Girl Who Couldn´t Stop Praying (Among Other Things) (2010) and a non-fiction title, Breaking Free: True Stories of Girls Who Escaped Modern Slavery (2014).

Her work has also appeared in anthologies as well as in The New York Times , The Los Angeles Times and Elle.
