Lars Gejl is a hugely successful nature photographer, ornithologist and author based in Denmark. Lars is a dedicated conservationist, and the author of more than 20 natural history books. In 2014, Lars received Gyldendal´s professional literary prize for his enthusiasm and knowledge combined with writing talents and outstanding photography. Lars is a co-founder of the NFD Association, Nature Photographers in Denmark, and was the first to start teaching nature photography in Denmark.
