Sally Jones is an extraordinary individual. This unique gorilla moves among humans without speaking but understanding everything. She and the Chief are devoted comrades who operate a cargo boat. Jakob Wegelius wurde 1966 in Göteborg geboren. Er studierte zunächst in Stockholm Literatur und Philosophie, danach ging er an die Kunsthochschule. Wegelius ist Grafikdesigner, Illustrator und Autor. Sein Kinderbuch ´Esperanza´ wurde mit dem ´Luchs´ ausgezeichnet und stand auf der Liste ´Die Besten 7´ von DeutschlandRadio und Focus.
