Barbara Imperatori is Associate Professor of Organization Design and Organizational Behaviour, Dept. of Economics & Business Administration, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, Italy. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Management and Business Administration at Bocconi University. Her research interests are Strategic Human Resource Management and social media; employment relationships and new employment arrangements; employee and team creativity; organizational solidarity and well-being; hybrid organizations, social enterprise and organization design. Her several contributions have been published in international and national academic and managerial journals and books. Barbara Imperatori has more than 20 years of experience in research and executive education on HRM, creativity and organization design.span
