In a few introductory paragraphs the author points to the ongoing evolution of Jewish Law since Antiquity and elaborates on the evolution of mankind and men and of the perception by religious people of God and of the world. Each of the abovementioned stages of civilization had its own perception and understanding of the deity / deities and of the surrounding world and therefore developed its own theology matching its degree of understanding and discernment. For these reasons present-day´s knowledge of the Universe and of the Quantum world requires in the eyes of the author a new theological discourse able to cope with the theological challenges of modern times. The author then engages in an in-depth description of the genesis of the Universe (the Big and the Small) and points to thrilling ´Wonders of Nature´ and even to electrifying parallels between the onset of the Big Bang and Cabalistic texts. The essay concludes with the "God of the Physicists", who has managed to create a well-oiled universe out of an apparent chaotic big bang: ®O Lord, how great are your works! and your thoughts are very deep¯ (Ps., 92-5), ®O Lord, how great is the number of your works!¯ (Ps., 104-24).
