Music in video games is a subject worth regarding. Nevertheless, it isn´t totally explored yet. This book shows and explains characteristics every video game music has and explores them regarding the developments in the history of video games. The book contains information about video games that inspired the musical evolution of games or that contain music as key part, as well as information about technological advances that influenced the musical evolution.

Janina Ziegler was born in August 1992 in Ludwigsburg, Germany. After finishing her A-levels, she studied Applied Media with a focus on music in Stuttgart and at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida. Her excitement for literature and texts shows in her love for music, Poetry Slam and reading books. This is her first publication.
