Therefore, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a process by which a company manages and integrates the important parts / departments of its business. It is management information system which integrates areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, etc. A typical ERP system will use multiple components of computer software and hardware to achieve the integration.
