India is blessed with diverse agroclimatic conditions, conducive to grow tropical, subtropical and temperate crops.Fruits and vegetables are good source for the nutritional security. Among them the "Queen of fruits" grape is one. Amongst the fruits, grape is most perishable; it has a short shelf life and cannot be stored for longer period under ordinary conditions. The grape has large proportion of marketable surplus in relation to the total production.The producer can realize better prices only when the marketing system as a whole is made effective and efficient. The findings of export performance, the factors those affect the export and export competitiveness of grapes would be useful to farmers to know which variety and quality can be exported ,factors those affect the export of grapes and export competitiveness of grapes in the world markets.
