Crimes of serial killers have long fascinated the public; while at the same time intimidate the general population. It´s hard to imagine how someone can create this morbid fascination, but there are a number of reasons for its existence. They extend transversely across time, space and cultures. However, serial killings are relatively rare. A serial killer in the United States appears in every 700,000 citizens. In Europe, where traditional moral norms are more robust, serial killer emerges in every 1.5 million people. There are different categories of serial killers, which is perhaps one of the reasons that are difficult to classify and to profile them. As society evolves and changes, the same applies to serial killers i.e. they change within the society itself. They learn and adapt as any other individual. The Republic of Macedonia has three cases of serial murders. The public in Macedonia thought that this types of crimes can only happen in movies. The book contains information about the serial murders that have happened in the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
