This work´ aim is to show how appropriate circular economy tools could support in innovating both business models and the entire economic ecosystem. The textile and apparel sector is just an example of analysis, where it is possible to find interesting opportunities of improvement that are still under-evaluated. Sustainability should be considered as a trigger of value creation instead of costs increasing.

Irene Pasqualotto was born in Treviso on 13/01/1990. She graduated in Master of "Business Administration, Finance and Control" at the University Ca´ Foscari of Venice. She focused her in-depth studies and research in sustainability and circular economy by attending dedicated course at the Venice International University.
