Mongolia has an unique environmental and climatic conditions because of its physical and geographical features. All kinds of natural and man-made ecosystems as principle life supporting system are very vulnerable and sensitive to climate and weather conditions. Dust in the atmosphere influences the global climate. It is hopefully that the studies presented here would contribute to understand dust event and it´s relation with weather conditions in Mongolia related climate change.

Amgalan.G is a researcher at Information and Research Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment of Mongolia. In 1997 and 2000 graduated from National University of Mongolia with a bachelor and the MSc degrees in meteorology, respectively and her PhD at National Central University in Taiwan. Research interest is aerosols and dust storm.
