A brief description is given here to comprehend the book. Secondly, there is an ample scope for examining the relationship between agrarian class and vegetable economy. Thirdly, there is a scope for analyzing the producers´ share in the consumers´ expenses on the spending of vegetables. This is often emphasized among the academicians in India as the agricultural producers as well as the middlemen and consumers have continuously exploited by the touts, In India, most of the studies have focused on examining the production relationship, economics of farming mainly with reference to cereals.
