Kuusisto, Arniika
Arniika Kuusisto is a Researcher at the University of Helsinki, Finland. She has her background in Teacher Education (M.Ed.) and has taught in the primary school level in several countries, before commencing into full-time research at the University of Helsinki and 2003-2005 as a Visiting Researcher at King´s College London. More recently, Kuusisto has been responsible for carrying out a City of Helsinki and University of Helsinki joined research project on the development of multicultural kindergartens as an educational context (www.mucca.fi).

Gearon, Liam
Dr Liam Francis Gearon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education and a Senior Research Fellow at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford. Liam also holds two honorary professorships in Australia, at the Australian Catholic University and at the University of Newcastle, New South Wales.
