Some people were born with the gift of creativity; some people were not. TRIZ was created for people and companies to develop a systematic creativity. This method has been developed in the former Soviet Union by Genrich Altshuler. After the collapse of the USSR, the experts left the region and spread the theory around the world and implemented it into innovation management with completely different results. Some countries had enormous success using this innovative method. Other countries that rejected TRIZ, started to acquire the holy grail of creativity and constant development decades later. Even in 2017, TRIZ is not well known in most European countries nor in Russia. For this reason the analysis was conducted in order to find out the cause responsible for the lack of knowledge of this innovative method.
