The book discusses the features of the development of small business and entrepreneurship in the national economy of Uzbekistan, the strategy and mechanisms of interaction between small and large businesses were analyzed, the strategy development of business support in the Fergana region was developed, a set of scientific and practical recommendations were given to help to improve the efficiency of its operations in order to develop its economy. The author analyzes the institutional regulation of small and private businesses in the US and the UK. Based on the index of the World Bank "Doing Business 2017" the effective regulation of the business environment in Uzbekistan was calculated, creation of competitive relations of private entrepreneurs.
